New TiCS paper is published!

Kartik, Clay, and Mark published a 10 year followup to Clay and Mark's highly cited 2003 TiCS paper. Not just an update, but a new vista on the role of persistent activity during working memory. We are anticipating that this theoretical review will shake things up!  See Pubs to download.
