• Fixed Kingpin deathstar mount to not be nosuid by removing that default option in /etc/autofs.conf

• Restored Kingpin back to 10.5, and ran all updates.  10.4 does not include the video driver for the new Mac Pro video card, so display was running without hardware acceleration and slowing things down.

• Rolled back VoxBo to version 1.8.4.  The upgrade to 1.8.5 can't happen until some documentation is released.
• Updated the VoxBo job fsl_anat_brain_extract to do inhomogeneity correction.
• Updated do_all_anat_preprocessing to no longer include separate inhomogeneity correction.
